Veyra may process account details (name, email, membership provider), ride data (metrics such as distance, speed, duration, and heart rate), device settings, and optional connection data (e.g., Strava, Apple Health, music services).
3. Purposes of Data Use
Collected data is used to personalize the ride experience, generate performance insights, operate synchronization and backup features, resolve technical issues, and ensure account security.
4. Data Sharing
Your personal data is not sold. Your data is shared only with technical infrastructure providers required to deliver the service and with third-party services you explicitly connect, limited to the scope of that integration.
5. Retention and Security
Your data is protected with reasonable technical and administrative safeguards against unauthorized access. It is retained as long as required for legal obligations and service continuity, then deleted or anonymized.
6. Your Rights
Under applicable laws, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict processing of, and object to your data. You can contact the support team for requests.
7. Children's Privacy
Veyra does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we become aware that such data has been processed, it is deleted within a reasonable time.
